Privacy Policy

This website and its services are operated by Brazilian General Services LLC, doing business as DJ4YourParty. This policy explains how DJ4YourParty collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes information, including information accessed through optional Google and YouTube integrations.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide through inquiry, booking, contract, payment, chat, and contact forms, including your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, selected services, and event details.

When you visit the public website, we also record the page and action, date and time, a temporary session identifier, a masked or truncated IP address, and approximate country, region, city, and ZIP or postal code supplied by the website hosting network. This approximate network location is not precise GPS location. Name, email, and phone number are connected to a visitor session only when the visitor voluntarily submits them through a DJ4YourParty form.

Google and YouTube Information We Access

When an authorized DJ4YourParty administrator chooses to connect the official DJ4YourParty YouTube channel, the application may access the administrator's basic Google account identity, YouTube channel identity and channel information, livestream and broadcast information, and the permissions needed to create, update, schedule, manage, and display authorized YouTube livestreams. DJ4YourParty does not access Google or YouTube information unless the account owner initiates and approves the connection through Google's authorization screen.

Why Google and YouTube Information Is Needed

This information is used only to identify the connected official DJ4YourParty YouTube channel, prepare and manage event livestreams requested by the authorized account owner, and display channel and livestream status inside the secure DJ4YourParty administrator area. Google and YouTube data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

Google OAuth Scopes Requested

OAuth scopes are the specific permissions an application asks an authorized user to approve. DJ4YourParty currently requests only the following YouTube Data API scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — used to view the connected YouTube account, channel identity, channel information, and authorized livestream information.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — used to upload and manage videos for the connected official DJ4YourParty YouTube channel when requested by an authorized administrator.

DJ4YourParty does not request Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, calendar, advertising, or unrelated Google Account scopes. Permissions are requested only when an authorized administrator starts the YouTube connection and may be denied or revoked by the account owner.

TikTok Connection and Event Videos

An authorized administrator may connect a TikTok account using Login Kit. With permission, we access the account identifier and display name through user.info.basic and upload administrator-selected videos through video.upload. The administrator reviews and publishes uploaded videos in the TikTok app. We do not automatically publish videos. Customer event reviews are separate from this TikTok connection.

TikTok credentials, account information, and access and refresh tokens are encrypted in server-side storage and used only for the requested connection and uploads. Selected video files pass through our server to TikTok; this integration does not retain a copy. We retain the latest upload identifier to check processing status. We do not sell TikTok account data or use it for advertising. Website hosting providers process this data to operate the service.

Use Disconnect TikTok in the administrator dashboard to remove stored account details, tokens, and upload status information and request access revocation. You may also revoke access in TikTok's app permission settings. Disconnecting does not delete videos already sent to TikTok; manage those in TikTok. TikTok Advertising Measurement

On public pages, TikTok Pixel measures page visits, contact-link clicks, and successfully submitted inquiries. TikTok may receive browser and cookie information to measure advertising performance. When the server connection is enabled, Events API also reports successful inquiries and confirmed checkout payments using TikTok cookie or ad-click identifiers, an event identifier, and, for payments, the amount and currency.

This integration does not send inquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, contracts, or payment-card details. Automatic advanced matching and enhanced data postback are disabled. TikTok tracking is excluded from private client and administrator pages and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Browser privacy controls can also restrict advertising cookies. This advertising measurement is separate from the administrator TikTok video-upload connection.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and agreements, process bookings and payments, plan events, provide customer service, protect the website, and meet legal obligations.

Storage and Security

DJ4YourParty limits access to authorized personnel and uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. Google authorization credentials and tokens are stored in protected server-side systems and are not displayed publicly or placed in client-facing website code. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

Service Providers

We may use trusted providers for communications, payments, contracts, website hosting, analytics, and event operations. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by DJ4YourParty.

Sharing and Disclosure

DJ4YourParty does not sell Google or YouTube user data. Information may be shared only with service providers that help operate the application and are required to protect it, when the authorized user directs us to do so, or when disclosure is required by law, security, or legal process. Google and YouTube information is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Revoke Google or YouTube Access

An authorized user may disconnect YouTube inside the secure DJ4YourParty administrator area or revoke DJ4YourParty's access at any time through Google Account third-party access settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access, but does not automatically delete information that must temporarily be retained for security, legal, or operational records.

Data Access and Deletion Requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information or Google/YouTube information held by DJ4YourParty, email djgerry@dj4yourparty.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include enough information to verify the account and identify the data. DJ4YourParty will respond and process verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Google API Services User Data Policy

DJ4YourParty's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will remain publicly available on this page.
