Application Purpose

DJ4YourParty provides a secure event-management application for authorized business administrators to manage customer inquiries, bookings, event schedules, contracts, invoices, documents, media, messages, and event livestreams.

YouTube Integration Purpose

The optional YouTube integration connects the official DJ4YourParty YouTube channel. It is used to view authorized channel information, prepare and manage event livestreams, upload or manage authorized video content, and display livestream information inside the secure DJ4YourParty administrative dashboard. Access begins only after the authorized account owner approves Google's consent screen.

Google OAuth Scopes

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — view the connected YouTube account, channel identity, channel information, and authorized livestream information.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — upload and manage videos for the connected official DJ4YourParty YouTube channel when requested by an authorized administrator.

The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Calendar, advertising data, or unrelated Google Account information.

Data Use and Sharing

Google and YouTube information is used only to provide the features described above. DJ4YourParty does not sell Google user data and does not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Authorization credentials are stored in protected server-side systems and access is limited to authorized personnel.

Revoke Access and Request Deletion

Users may revoke access through Google Account third-party access settings. To request deletion of information held by DJ4YourParty, email djgerry@dj4yourparty.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
